The Bike Lane :: Season 2, Episode 1
The Bike Lane is back throughout the Spring Classics for Season 2 and Matt, Scott and I discuss all the hot topics you might talk about during the bunch rides. We’ve done a few things with the format to help improve viewing and shortened it to 15 minutes. As always, we welcome your feedback.
In Season 2, Episode 1 we discuss a number of topics including:
– Now that the suspensions of Danielson, Vande Velde and Zabriskie and have played out and more information has reached the surface, should Matt White be getting his job back? Keep in mind that White has only been sidelined by GreenEDGE, not fired.
– Milan – San Remo – What’s the coldest you’ve ever been while out on a ride? What’s the best rain jacket you own?
– Tweet of the Week: Mark Cavendish and Koen de Kort tweet mid-race during Milan-San Remo.

It’s snowing so much this could be biathlon. If so, can I be shot first?

– Ride to School day is coming up for kids in Australia. Do you send your kids out on the open roads amongst the traffic? If not, why? We put the challenge out to mainstream media to get involved with promoting this day.
The Semi-Classics: Dwars door Vlaanderen, Gent-Wevelgem, E3 Harelbeke are here. Why do they matter? What’s the significance?
