Paris-Roubaix captured in time

by CyclingTips

If you went to bed early last night and missed Paris-Roubaix you can be excused: Cancellara was the overwhelming favourite and, in the end, he didn’t disappoint. But it wasn’t like Boonen’s 50km solo attack last year where the result was known well in advance. In fact, it wasn’t until the final 20 metres of the race, inside the famous Roubaix velodrome, that it was clear Cancellara was going to win.

This year’s Paris-Roubaix had all the elements of a great race: the crashes, the drama, an unexpected up-and-coming rider challenging a living legend. We hope you enjoy the following moments of the race, captured in time.
