Using a foam roller is a great way to release muscles and accelerate recovery from a workout.
Matt Rabin, Garmin-Sharp team chiropractor, and Dan Martin, winner of Liege-Bastogne-Liege, take you through how to use a foam roller. Foam rollers are great if you can’t afford or access regular massage. A foam rolling routine will help to ease knots in your muscles, gradually increasing flexibility and helping you to recover.
