    Is it cool if I post a question here? I’m the only one.

    For my 30th birthday, I decided to do an Ironman (don’t throw things at me! I don’t even have aerobars on my bike!). My race is in one month, and after I recover I want to go back to bike racing, starting with the American CX season. So I’ll be coming off of a killer endurance base, but I have almost no high-end speed. What’s the best way to transition from my 15+ hour fitness to 45-minute fitness?
