Do they have KOM’s for sleeping ?
It’s the only category I’ve got any hope of winning.

Many athletes track Resting Heart Rate to gain insights. You can measure and track your own Resting Heart Rate with free smartphone apps by SensorBLE. Resting Heart Rate is available for Android phones https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sensorble.hrmonitor and the iPhone https://appsto.re/us/PXv_8.i

It’s not an app, but a free training program, I upload everything into Golden Cheetah, and it uses much more data than trainingpeaks and progress is easy to follow. When to back off, when to go full gas, track personal bests. I had a sh$tty race on sunday, how i felt it, but golden cheetah tracked it and gave me 2 new pb’s for 10 minute peak power & 20 minute peak power. So I was better than I thought, the race was just much much harder as perceived, and I wasn’t all that bad. And did I already mention, it’s totally free? :)

I find that Veloviewer is a great way of analysing my Strava data.
