The biggest stage race in America is here, and we’re on the ground in California with microphones in hand. This week the CyclingTips Podcast goes daily, with a short episode after each stage in which Neal Rogers and Caley Fretz break down the who, what, and why behind each day’s racing. We’ll have special guests, longer interviews with interesting riders, and insight from inside the race.
In Episode 1 we preview the race, picking favorites and highlighting the stages that will decide the overall.
In Episode 2 we break down the first big sprint, and Neal Rogers sits down with Egan Bernal, who proves to be as introspective and grounded as he is ridiculously fast.
This project is a bit of an experiment, ahead of plans to do a daily podcast at the Tour de France. So we’d love to hear what you want out of a daily racing podcast in the comments below.
