CyclingTips Podcast: Helmet safety, stars and stripes, and LeMond’s comeback

by Neal Rogers

This week’s episode kicks off with a roundup of last weekend’s national championships, which occurred across much of Europe and in North America — with a focus on the US national road championship — before diving into a new independent test that attempts to rank popular helmets not for weight, nor aerodynamics, but for how safe they are. Finally, an interview with Daniel de Visé, the author of a book about Greg LeMond’s comeback from being shot while turkey hunting in 1987.
