Hello! Welcome to Women’s Cycling Weekly issue 34 🚴♀️
It’s a weird week. If we thought we were in some kind limbo in June we are definitely in one now. There’s no racing of note to report back on, and nothing coming up this weekend. Of course, the Olympics are just over a week away, but that’s for the next issue.
So, it’s a slimmed-down version for this week, that basically contains what scant news is out there plus the usual recommendations. A bit like it was in the off-season, except without ‘cross results and I’m too tired to scour around for extra content and don’t have time to read books.

TW for my face again: a Giro Donne debrief with Joe Timms for Rouleur.
Pinched the name of this section from the wonderful Caroline Criado Perez’s Invisible Women newsletter as referenced by Lexi in her Tweet:
Some amazing developments in just one week!
Thanks for reading Women’s Cycling Weekly.
If you liked what you read you can buy WCW a ‘coffee’ on Ko-Fi. A huge thanks to everyone who has done so already!
Have a great weekend!
Until next time,
