Christian Prudhomme: ASO backs the MPCC

by CyclingTips

Tour de France boss Christian Prudhomme sat down with the Movement for Credible Cycling (MPCC) to discuss the ASO’s support of the organisation.

“I wanted to say it again here: the MPCC’s raison d’être still remains,” he said. “Self-imposed regulations, stricter than international ones, can avoid many concerns, debates or controversial issues. I like the watchword of the MPCC: to leave the light on. This is the key to our future.”

The MPCC also noted that all of the 2017 Tour de France wild card teams are MPCC members.
