Egan Bernal wins Colombia Oro y Paz; Ewan claims Almeria: Daily News Digest
Long-time CyclingTips nutrition contributor Alan McCubbin is working through the final stages of his PhD at Monash University and he’d love your help. Alan and his colleagues are trying to find out what participants in endurance sports think about sodium/salt in relation to their sport, and also what they do in the lead up to (and during) a race.
NEW STUDY: We're conducting a questionnaire to see what people in endurance sports think about sodium/salt. Lots of assumptions but little data on this topic. If you're >18 & compete in any endurance sport (>1hr) at any level we'd love 10min of your time https://t.co/QxczQyOfFK pic.twitter.com/UCUHbt8oWs

As Alan explains: “For us it’s about putting some of our lab studies in context of the real world, so we do work that’s most relevant to the people who will actually benefit from it (i.e. the sporting community). Anyone worldwide who is over 18 and trains and competes (anything from Gran Fondos to pro level) can contribute.”
To take part, simply take this 10-minute questionnaire.
