by CyclingTips

The FDJ-Nouvelle Aquitaine-Futuroscope team had an unfortunate lead-up to the Trofeo Alfredo Binda with eight bikes stolen from the team on the eve of the race.

The French outfit was able to scrap together an assortment of spare bikes from rival teams in order to take part in the Women’s WorldTour event.

The team’s best finisher was Rozanne Slik who finished in 18th place, in the main peloton.
