Critérium du Dauphiné winner Jakob Fuglsang and 2015 Vuelta a España champion Fabio Aru will spearhead the Astana team in the Tour de France, taking a dual approach to the race.
They and the seven others on the squad were confirmed on Monday. Also travelling to the start in Dusseldorf will be Dario Cataldo, Alexey Lutsenko, Dmitriy Gruzdev, Michael Valgren, Bakhtiyar Kozhatayev, Andriy Grivko and Andrey Zeits.
The team won the race in 2009 with Alberto Contador and 2014 with Vincenzo Nibali.
