Fundraiser for Dave Towle set to surpass target

by VeloClub

A fundraiser for the well-known US commentator Dave Towle is racing towards its goal of $20,000, with the Go Fund Me initiative set to surpass that amount after being set up on Monday. According to the person who set it up, Bill Marshall, Towle was admitted to the ICU at Boulder Community Hospital last weekend due to acute pancreatitis.

“As a long time friend and co-worker of Dave’s I can tell you he would appreciate any contributions that you could make to help him in a difficult time,” he wrote on the fundraising page. “He’s touched many of your lives in the sport of cycling and now it’s time to touch his in a more impactful way.”
