Sagan enjoying an active rest period

by CyclingTips

Peter Sagan is currently between racing blocks of his season, and is taking full advantage of his time off. But instead of lounging by the pool he is as active as ever.

After racing the Tour of California in May, where he won two stages and the green jersey, he traveled to Park City, Utah with his brother Juraj.

There he went mountain biking, zip-lined across a gorge and even tried his hand at the winter-side of the Olympics with a run on the bobsleigh track at the Utah Olympic Park.

After his ‘rest’ he will head to the Tour de Suisse.

The trip is part training as Sagan is also trying to qualify for mountain biking in the Rio Olympics.
