Team Dimension Data unveils 2018 team colours

by VeloClub

The Team Dimension Data for Qhubeka team has released images of its team kit for next season, with the 2017 black shoulders and chest being dropped in favour of a predominantly green and white colour scheme. The shorts will remain black, while the Cervélo é on the shoulders has been replaced by the full name of the bike brand.

The jersey retains the Q trademark of Qhubeka. “Kudos must be given to the team’s naming right partners for continuing with the benevolent promotion of such a unique cause on the jersey,” said the team in its announcement.

The kit will be manufactured by Oakley, which will also supply helmets to the team next season.

The 2018 colour scheme was displayed by Mark Cavendish, who had an at-times frustrating season, including crashing out of the Tour de France. He is aiming for a much better year in 2018, and hopes to either draw level with or beat Eddy Merckx’s record of Tour stage wins.

The team had a bit of fun about the kit in a previous message, something which it then dismissed.
