Despite being embroiled in an ongoing controversy that only intensified this week, Team Sky went ahead with releasing a holiday-themed video, showing its performance staff working with Santa Claus, but with Dave Brailsford eventually replacing him with a certain Tour de France winner after concluding that St. Nick’s power-to-weight ratio was less than ldeal.

Is now the time to upset millions of children by kicking Santa to the curb?
