Video: Cyclist hit by bullet during bike ride

by CyclingTips

A video from eastern New Orleans, showing 49-year-old Christopher Weiss being hit by a low calibre bullet during a training ride. Doctors reportedly opted not to remove the bullet as it did not hit any vital organs and is located near his spine.

He is said to be suffering leg mobility issues, but will hopefully make a full recovery. An investigation is ongoing into the incident.
