Marco Haller was unimpressed after a fan’s jacket caused a crash in Sunday’s elite men’s road world championships. He and several others hit the deck after a rider’s bike became snagged in the jacket. While the others rushed to chase, the frustrated Austrian screamed at the fans, trying to find out who was to blame.
