Australian journalist Rupert Guinness caught up with Adam Hansen (Lotto-Soudal), who is racing the final week of the Giro d’Italia with a suspected bone fracture in his right palm following a crash in Saturday’s 14th stage.

Hansen has completed every Grand Tour since the 2011 Vuelta a España — a record — and he intends to continue on in his 17th successive Grand Tour.
